In appreciation of our new patio we wish submit this review – we would be prepared to give verbal confirmation if required.

Our wooden patio was showing signs of wear and needed to be replaced.  The other patio people we contacted said they could replace the existing wooden structure with a steel one.

When Phil came to give his quote he suggested we needed a double gable design,  which he can make a metre wider and it will open up the whole area.  He told us his price might not be the cheapest but his work was of the highest quality and all steel work would be powder coated Bluescope steel.

We decided to go with Phil because of his unique design and his confidence in the quality of his work.  Oh! And his price by the way was very competitive.

We were possibly not the easiest of customers as we wanted to retain the existing columns – but Phil was always prepared to work with us.  Lucky we had family commitments that delayed the start of work on the patio, this gave us time to reassess and decide to go with Phil's original design.

The reason for this letter is to say how very very happy we are with our new patio that was completely designed and built by  Phil of Northline Patios.  True to his word the workmanship was of the highest quality and his attention to detail was very evident.  Our family and friends have likewise been impressed.

"I had my patio done through Northline Patios due to the reasonable price and the quality of Northlines previous installations.  I am a draftsman by trade and can easily spot dodgy design, fabrication and installation. Phil attended the property several times before installation to help me out with some issues I had with post placement on the drive and downpipe water discharge issues. He came up with a design that satisfied those concerns. 

After the installation was completed I could not fault it, unlike when I had a patio installed by a major patio supplier out the back of my house a few years ago and had to request them to come back to fix some issues with missed paint and column capping they neglected to finish off.

I am happy to write this recommendation after a recent heavy winter downpour (10mm in a few hours) that proved Northlines expertise by not
having one leak under the patio roof or at the patio/ house interface.

I would be happy to recommend Northline Patios to any of my friends and family.
